Hi! Well, first problem is the Firewire card- not an approved one. Digi has 4 currently qualified. Most popular so far is the Adaptec 4300 I believe. No idea why Digi says SATA isn't approved for use. I have used a system with ONLY SATA running, and another 2 with SATA for audio. Using a PCI card to add SATA may require trying different PCI slots/order (ie, Firewire card first, SATA second, and vice-versa). Also- no graphics card listed- onboard video? If so, this could cause problems, but then again maybe not. An AGP graphics card is highly recommended. Onboard sound? If so, disable. Known to cause problems in *most* cases. Being sure drivers/pro tools are installed properly, DMA enabled for Hard Drives, no unneeded extras launching on boot, etc. While some have had success despite certain conditions not being met (ie, not using one of the approved firewire cards), following the qualifications as closely as possible is the best way to ensure a more trouble-free experience.
