Quick Silver dual 800 - DAE & PCI error

Hey, I'm new to Macs and my 001, but recently I've experienced problems with my PCI buss not having enough memory to "communicate with the hardware/software reliably." I have two 80 gig, 7,200 rpm drives, one that's strictly for sessions, 640 megs of RAM, and nothing else running at the time (not to mention the 001 is my only PCI space being used.) I don't know why, but as soon as I start a session the PCI usage (on the hardware meters) jets to over halfway and if I try to record more than one track at a time it cuts out soon after starting. If there's anything that I'm overlooking, please let me know, like I said I'm new to all of this. Thanks a million guys!

Thanks for the info Brent, I'll try that as soon as I can. It just seemed strange because one of my friends never had the same problem with their dual 533 and the whole PCI issue. I thought maybe there was some simple thing I'd overlooked that would cuz that. Thanks, I'll see if that works!

Digi suggests turning off the second processor since PT doesn't use it.
