metronome options for ReaNinjam

Hi all, My main use of Reaper is Ninjam. I've been using it for far too many years to quite remember when I started. Anyway, I've always disliked the default ninjam metronome sound, and a kind soul created a hacked reaninjam.dll a few years back that substitutes the default click sound with something a bit less harsh. The click sound is important to me since I'm a drummer, and I need to hear the click above the music and also the drums themselves. I've just changed my computer, and for some reason the hacked reaninjam dll is not recognized by reaper. So I'm stuffed. I simply cannot use the default ninjam since the click sound is damaging my hearing (really). I ask for either an option to have midi notes sent by the ninjam metronome (I can them send them to a sampler) or a direct sample select option for the click sound, or someway to edit the click sound generator frequency and etc. Thanks! I second that!!!! 

There needs to be more options to replace the default metronome with a customized .wav file. Also it would be really nice to sync the metronome with the DAW so we can use drum loops as ninjammers often do. I am not sure why this has not happened yet. I originally posted on this some time ago and the hack got me by but now that I have upgraded to Windows 7 I hate using the metronome.
