Notes that link to Markers

Would it be possible to link to markers in your notes? For example, let's say you have written in your notes that you have to fix this pop mid-way through the song. You set a marker at the pop and in your notes, you link to the marker so that when you click on the "link", it brings you to the location of the pop.
