When I import my own midi files on a pro 53 channel and select a preset, reaper defaults to another pro 53 preset upon playback and if I change the preset back while the track is playing it will stay at my selected preset until after I press stop and play again and it selects the other preset again. Anyone else have this? also after saving a project with both bfd2 and superior drummer on one track I decided to re-save the project with just superior drummer on that track and when I open the project it still opens with bfd2 on the track even though I removed it from the track and saved. any tips?
a) It looks like your MIDI file has a Program Change in it and Pro 53 responds to Program Changes?? Every itme you play back the file the Program Change is sent to Pro 53. b) can you attach your BFD/SD and SD-only projects (no samples needed) to a reply here. Then we can have a look. Oh, and welocme to the forum :)
Perfect! thank you I made a example I have tracks 3&4 with pro 53 set to the default super sync lead sound. On playback the preset changes on track 4.. I am unsure what you mean about attaching a bfd/sd file? It is only pro 53 so far.. How do I upload a reaper file on here? should I send it to a email?
Deleting Pc fixed it! thank you what is the pc thing? I wonder why it changes presets in reaper and not my other daw? maybe a reaper setting also? either way that fixed it! :)
