windows 7 motu896 and reaper doesn't work

Motu 896 and Win 7 

Hey! I have a Motu 896 hD interface working succesfully in win 7. The only problem I have, is a random static noise, that appears misteriously once in a while, but I've already had the same problem before in Win Xp. If win 7 recognizes 896 as a valid system soundcard, you might try installing asio4all, and then running reaper using this ASIO generic driver. ZRG

it is not a firewire interface is it? hmmm probably should have just asked google. .t

if is it FW soundcard.. try downgrade FW driver to OHCI-compliant 1394 Host controller (legacy)...
