Weird problem coverting .ssa to .sst using MaestroSBT

What do you mean with timebase? Is that the option where I have to set it as 25fps in and 25fps out (it's a pal dvd)? I tried various things but can't find the solution. Help I'm that close to the end of the complicated task transcoding with cce and remuxing with scenarist and i get stuck on these stupid subs :( Funny thing is I just tried the EXACT same method for another movie and then it works flawlessly! So Vanilla Sky works and 3000 Miles To Graceland doesn't. Go figure?????

You can try to convert to .ssa with SubtitleStudio

I used to get this all the time, the solution is simple, though not preferred, it works perfect. Write down each timecode that is giving you this problem. Go into the .ssa manually and edit each of these lines to give the endtime a little more duration after the start time (you'll notice they're really close when you look at the lines). Save the .ssa and retry it in MaestroSBT. You should have no more issues and your subs will be in perfect sync (except for the timecodes you modified, they will now stay on the screen a little bit longer than usual)
