Still no proper loop-recording with V4?

Here it works. Reaper boots up with the lanes setting and new project have it enabled as well. No template involved. Don't know what I did. It's my default setting since it's been implemented.

What version of R4? I just tried it with 3.7 and there it works for me as well...

All of the alphas I tried loaded with that setting.

Crap... there must be some reason why here it doesn't. :-/
