Default Track Height is overridden by Default Project Settings (FIXED)

after you've saved any default project settings, the new option in preferences for default track height is ignored. maybe have it so you can save track height with default project settings, but if you if go into preferences and change the track height option and apply it, it will apply to the default project settings.

I think I disagree. I would want my default project to be exactly as I have set it up - not affected by other Preferences such as Default track height. If I want the default project to have particular track heights I'll adjust them and save the project template. ------------ Having said that, I can't get the "Default track height in new projects" preference to do anything here.

Fixing, though it's a bit sticky.

the Default Track Height option now works as expected, but we've lost the ability to save track height with default project settings. there should be a fourth choice for Default Track Height. small medium large use project settings or something similar
