So, I'm editing my envelope, right? And I wanna delete some points, right? I press Alt and hover over the point I want to delete. It is deleted. How did I know that? Just by intuition. ALL actions which use Alt for deletion should be tied to a NEW set of cursors, all of which have a little "minus" in the lower right corner. See Photoshop on how it's done. List of needed cursors: env_pt_del.png arrange_fadein_del.png arrange_fadeout_del.png arrange_xfade_del.png ruler_marker_del.png ruler_region_del.png ruler_tsmarker_del.png ADDED (thanks Gofer!): midicc_del.png I think those are all. Also, a nitpick: when pressing Alt in the arrange view (with intention to slip edit), the cursor doesn't change to slip edit cursor. It should. VOTE:
I do not envy the poor sod who'll want to mod all these cursors, and agree 100% with your suggestions. If a feature is hidden, this will reveal it to anyone pressing those modifiers.
This happens so fast that I won't really see that minus symbol (though I voted because it could be useful for people starting with Reaper). Oh and btw, it was not intuition but something visual: the point disappeared, that's how you knew it ;)
