Rolling back

I need to roll back to a previous version of Reaper. Do I simply go into add/remove programs and it will go back to an earlier version? Thanks!

I would suggest you comb into the Documents and settings for Reaper too if you really want to be sure to roll back as it tends to leave some stuff there when uninstalled. I am not too sure if an install of a previous version of Reaper needs this though.

You can just install the older version over the newer one, in the same way you installed the newer one over the older one. There will also be a folder like this on your C drive If you don't get the desired result you also have a settings folder like this on your C drive, you might want to back it up and move it if you have probs. C:\Documents and Settings\Tedstuff\Application Data\REAPER Another thing possible is the reset to factory defaults option in your "Start Program group" Depends what you are trying to achieve

Would it be Ok to install into a different program folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\REAPER251\ Then you would have both versions available. If you opted not to install the Windows shortcuts they would still point ot the latest version, otherwise they would now point to the old one
