v40 seat belt stuck

hello all, just registered so be gentle with me. mot due and now i find rear middle seat belt on my estate is stuck. I'm wondering if i might tackle this or does it need dealer attention. Also in case this does reach you all i also have problem with lights on radio not working. thanks all.

Hiya, welcome to the forum. I am guessing you have checked the belt is not jammed in the seat after it has been down. It may just be a case of the reel being at the wrong angle after being bumped with an object placed in the boot as well. Which part has jammed, the reel or the buckle. Hope you get it sorted. Chris

Had the same problem on my mondeo st200. The little mechanism inside gets stuck in the wrong position sometimes, especially if you've had the seats down for load-lugging etc. All I did was pull the back seats down, then slapped them back into place, and hey presto! problem sorted.
