I tried trial on 7GB 150min. 4:3 letterbox NTSC Interlaced 29.976fps Indian Movie Film DVD. All I got is blurr - sharp - blurr sequence with lot of big size macro blocks. To test the same, I got DVD comparable output from CCE/TMPGenc as I applied IVTC. I don't see DVD2One is solution for this or it is a bug which I hope they will release in v1.1. I am waiting to test v1.1 and buy. BTW, after DVD2One, the output does not play even in any of the Software DVD players and plays only after I recreate the IFO files using IFOEdit. My wishes in next release: 1. IVTC/3:2 Pulldown (I donno if this is possible in transcoding) 2. 1:1 Copy (C;mon I waste more time in creating menu than running CCE) 3. Max size settings (it should not assume all 4.3GB is available) 4. Blurr-Sharp-Blurr w/ macroblocks issue fix I will atleast wait until competing products are in market to decide my purchase.

I think the issue is only with this type of DVD and not the actual size as I am successful on 7+GB LOTR DVD. This is something to do with Interlace (IVTCed) DVD.

AlanRob I disagree with your statement "don't DVD2one a movie that's over 2 hours" I have done a PAL version of Pearl Harbour (3hrs ??/) and was VERY happy with final result.
