[IID#1815] Keyboard/pointer combination to timestretch audio item when zoomed in

I'd like to add the ability to define a point around which the item will be stretched, and than use another handle (again movable by user) anywhere in visible area to actually stretch it. A quick mockup directly from photoshop image stretching:

Great idea for improving workflow. Perhaps simply stretching around the edit cursor?
